Pay as You Go Mentoring is for those who are:

  1. New to buying their own residential property
  2. New to BTL, property investing and how to get started and add value
  3. Confused about the different strategies and perhaps just want reassurance
  4. Clarifying their goals, aims and ambitions

In fact, wherever you are in your property journey, P.A.M. can help you. However, if you’re an experienced investor and don’t want or need any help, then this isn’t for you. Neither are discussions about HMOs. But P.A.M. welcomes experienced investors who can add to our community’s knowledge and experience.

How to join P.A.M.’s Mentoring?

Joining our 5-week course will help P.A.M. and you to understand what you want to achieve. It will help P.A.M. to get a better idea of how to support you so you can achieve your goals. It’s very important that you attend the course before the mentoring, so we get the best of our time together.

What are the terms and conditions?

It is important that you attend the course so that you understand how P.A.M. can advise, help and support you. Equally, attending the 5-week course will help me to understand what you want to achieve, and to give us a better idea of how to achieve your goals together.

It is essential to have in mind one or two specific and particular queries or questions that may have arisen from the course but need more explanation, guidance, or personalisation to your own circumstances. You can get a free taster session for 20 minutes if you’ve been on the course. That will identify how we will work together.  If I can’t help, then I’ll let you know and may be able to point in you in the right direction.

Meet-ups take place in South London only. I will travel within South London, outside of the congestion charge, within these London boroughs:

  • Bexley
  • Bromley
  • Greenwich
  • Lambeth
  • Lewisham
  • Southwark
  • Croydon

You can choose to spend 30/45/60 minutes with P.A.M. because in my experience, any more can be overwhelming and/or go off topic.

What P.A.M. Expects Of You

Ultimately, whether you succeed or not will be down to you. The more you are prepared to put in, the more you will get out. Remember, you will do “the doing” and not me!
