About me

Pamela Gayle

In my past life as a qualified teacher, I realised that I had talent and aptitude for conversions. I really hit my stride when I became a property investor, creating desirable dwellings that still house the same happy tenants for years now. Not only did I develop these skills whilst teaching and as a property investor, but by renovating my own residentials which were always brought unmodernised or as derelict repossessions. Their monetary values dramatically increased through my structural renovations and modernisations. This laid the foundation for the future personal growth of my family and me. Now, I’m passing on all my knowledge and experiences to train people who may lack knowledge and confidence to become property investors or to purchase their own residential.

  • M.A. Anthropology and Sociology (2002 University of Surrey) – ICT Leader; Year Leader; Black History Manager
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Health & Housing. Distinction (2018 University of Bristol) – Housing Enforcement Officer, who advised, inspected and reported upon hundreds of landlords on the health and safety laws of their rental properties for a local authority’s Selective Licensing Scheme.
