Meet Pamela Gayle
Success in Real Estate comes down to three little letters: “ROI”. It’s the “ends” that justifies the means, and the means to achieve even greater “ends.” It’s also the reason I’ve been able to generate an excellent return for my investors. My investors know that the following are the remarkable features of real estate:
- Bricks and mortar produce RRR – that is – regular reliable returns
- Bricks and mortar has remarkable value appreciation when held over a longer period
- Bricks and mortar protects investors and hedges against inflation
- Bricks and mortar produces Total Return– that is – Income plus Capital Return or Cash flow
Success also lies in providing the foundation, where physiological and safety needs, can flourish and grow. Without those basic safety needs, life is synonymous to a “waiting” game. I understand how vitally important “bricks and mortar”, can be for everyone, not just investors. Synonymous with the word “dwelling”, developing desirable dwellings are homes where your life happens; where your safety and security are paramount.
People, who work with me, tend to:
- Find fulfillment and pride in transforming and renovating homes
- Create and contribute value, with a special passion for helping people
- Value the process of life-long learning and never giving up on anything
- Seek out honesty and speak their minds in striving for the best end results
- Realise that we are providing, first and foremost, homes fit for 21 st century living
- Thrive when their resources are being put to good use, and generating a high ROI

My Track Record
I was a school teacher for about twenty-five years. I hold an Honours Degree in Education, alongside a Master of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology. Having responsibilities for large budgets and developing wide-ranging policies honed my leadership, managerial and organisational skills and abilities. Simultaneously, my passion for property led to achieving certificates by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB); the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and more recently, Commercial Real Estate (RICS). P.A.M. is the brainchild of all my property and life experiences as well as encouragement from our community.
After I left the educational environment, I achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Health, specialising in housing, because I wanted to view properties all day long! So I worked as a Housing Enforcement Officer for a local authority in their Selective Licensing Scheme; aimed at regulating the private rented sector. Trained in the use of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), I advised hundreds of landlords on the health and safety of their rental properties; inspected hundreds of rental properties; responded to tenant complaints; reported on non-compliances, hazardous standards; anti- social behaviour and provided written solutions with appropriate remedies.
I have successfully become a small-scale property investor with experiences of residential and rental refurbishments. With the support of our community, setting up P.A.M. is the culmination of all these experiences. I am very keen to pass on my wealth of knowledge and particularly enjoy renovations. It’s the satisfaction of transforming neglected spaces into desirable homes that people want to live in and stay.
P.A.M. has adopted the metaphorical Sankofa Dua heart. According to the
Ghanaian Akan language tradition, the heart image literally means “to retrieve” and “go back and get it”. Described as matching pair of swirls spiralling inwards and two matching swirls at the bottom going outwards. This is meant to symbolise the spiritual and metaphysical states of learning from the past, present and future. As a proverb, the Sankofa Dua image broadly translates as: There is no shame in going back to fetch (remember) what you have forgotten.
This is because we often need to go back to “get it” in order to understand where we are at now and how to move forward. The principle that Sankofa proverb is that there nothing wrong if we forget or don’t know something because we: Can go back to the past and bring forward that which is useful; thus utilising the expertise, experience, knowledge of other people from all stages of life.
Using the Sankofa Dua heart image as P.A.M.’s logo expresses the importance of remembering the connections between the past, present and future. In order to make positive progress, both individually and societally, we must learn and reflect from past experiences whilst planting seeds for future generations. P.A.M. believes in life-long learning and supportive relationships, because, as in the Akan tradition, we are who we are through interactions with other people.
“How to Safeguard Your Future Through Property” combines aspects of our history to understand where we are now. Seeking the expertise and knowledge of our community will make the connections between the past, present and future; offering tangible, real-life solutions that you could implement straight away as well as in the future. Furthermore, P.A.M. is a firm believer in the power of education. There is no mystery to buying and selling property. It’s all about experiences and education which should not cost a fortune.

What Can I Do For You?
But let’s face it: there are approximately one million different ways you could or should invest your money. You can look at stocks and shares, which are volatile and sensitive to market and specific risks or alternatively add real estate to your investment or financial portfolio in order to reduce those specific market risks…
But it always comes back to those three little letters I mentioned at the beginning.
That’s why, when you find someone that has been reliably creating ROI in the real estate market, “doing their own unique thing” and operating outside of the established boundaries, it’s worth paying attention to. I am big enough to provide stability, yet small enough to focus on creating amazing results.
P.A.M. is the embodiment of my passion about all things in property investing. It is my mission to support, guide and help change the current low and even negative statistics regarding homeownership in the UK within our community. Buying property will never go out of fashion because, like food, shelter is a basic human necessity but we need to get knowledgeable and more confident. Just as important, property is also one of the main methods to financial freedom for us and the next generation.
